What is Physical Literacy?
Physical literacy is the ability to move with competence and confidence in a wide variety of physical activities in multiple environments that benefit the healthy development of the whole person (SHAPE America). Motor skills are the foundation of physical literacy and the Dragon Challenge provides a way to assess them.

Fun for Every ChildThe Dragon Challenge resembles an obstacle course to students. Each station is unique and assesses a particular skill. The challenge is designed for the students to have fun during the assessment and to reduce teacher burden.
